520			_aEl presente artículo analiza el régimen jurídico de la Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios (CTS) en el ordenamiento laboral peruano, destacando su naturaleza previsional y su función de protección frente al desempleo. Se examina el marco normativo aplicable, los requisitos para acceder al beneficio, las reglas sobre su depósito, cálculo y remuneración computable, así como las particularidades de diversos regímenes laborales especiales. Asimismo, se abordan los supuestos de pago directo, la libre disponibilidad de los fondos y las recientes modificaciones normativas que permiten el retiro del 100 % de la CTS. Finalmente, se analizan las consecuencias del incumplimiento del empleador y las infracciones administrativas correspondientes.

Finally, the article analyzes the consequences of employer non-compliance and the corresponding administrative infractions.
