520			_aEl presente informe tiene por finalidad analizar las principales implicancias de la "Convención Colectiva de Trabajo - Acta Final de Negociación Colectiva en Construcción Civil 2026", suscrita mediante trato directo entre la Cámara Peruana de la Construcción (CAPECO) y la Federación de Trabajadores en Construcción Civil (FTCC). Dicho instrumento colectivo establece diversos incrementos y mejoras en los beneficios laborales de los trabajadores del sector, principalmente en lo referido al jornal básico, el pago de la asignación especial por labores realizadas en días feriados, la bonificación por trabajos en altura, la bonificación escolar, la bonificación por trabajos ejecutados en condiciones de altas temperaturas en infraestructura vial, el Fondo de Capacitación, así como la creación de la Comisión Permanente de la Industria de la Construcción.
520			_aThis report alms to analyze the main implications of the "Collective Labor Agreement - Final Record of Collective Bargaining in Civil Construction 2026", executed through direct negotiation between the Peruvian Chamber of Construction (CAPECO) and the Federation of Workers in Civil Construction (FTCC). This collective instrument establishes various increases and improvements in labor benefits for workers in the sector, particularly with regard to the basic daily wage, the payment of a special allowance for work performed on public holidays, the height work bonus, the school allowance, the bonus for work carried out under high-temperature conditions in road infrastructure projects, the Training Fund, as well as the creation of the Permanent Commission of the Construction Industry.
