- páginas: 493-501
A 37-year-old woman was evaluated in the rhinology clinic affiliated with this hospital because of persistent nasal ulceration. Seventeen years before the current presentation, the patient noticed a painful bump inside the right naris. Associated scabbing was present. The patient removed a scab from the lesion multiple times each week, and there was intermittent bleeding from the lesion. She used an unknown nasal spray daily, with no decrease in symptoms.
