<br/><br/> La expansión de las redes socia les ha permitido que los trabajadores expresen<br/>públicamente opiniones y denuncias sobre sus empleadores, generando nuevos<br/>desafíos para el Derecho del Trabajo. El presente artículo analiza si la difusión de afirmaciones<br/>falsas o no probadas contra el empleador en plataformas digitales se encuentra protegida por la libertad de expresión dentro de la relación laboral. A partir de un<br/>análisis doctrinal y jurisprudencial de pronunciamientos del Tribunal Constitucional, la<br/>Corte Suprema y el Tribunal de Fiscalización Laboral, se identifican criterios interpretativos<br/>divergentes. Se sostiene que la libertad de expresión no es absoluta y que la<br/>difusión de in formación falsa puede vulnerar la buena fe laboral y justificar medidas<br/>disciplinarias.<br/>  The expansion of social medio has enabled workers to publicly express opinions and<br/>complaints about their employers, raising new challenges far labour law. This article analyzes whether<br/>the dissemination of false or unproven allegations against employers on digital platforms is protected<br/>by freedom of expression within the employment relationship. Through o doctrinal and jurisprudential<br/>analysis of decisions issued by the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the Lobour inspection<br/>Tribunal in Peru, the study identifies conflicting interpretative approaches. It orgues thot freedom of<br/>expression is not absolute and thot the dissemination of false information moy constitute o breach of<br/>good faith and justify disciplinary measures by the employer <br/>
