en las utilidades de las empresas en el Perú, abordando su marco normativo, ámbito
de aplicación y criterios para su correcta distribución. Se examinan las condiciones
que determinan la obligación empresarial de repartir utilidades, los trabajadores beneficiarios
y los métodos de cálculo basados en los días efectivamente laborados y las
remuneraciones percibidas. Asimismo, se revisan los plazos de pago, el tratamiento
del remanente y las consecuencias del incumplimiento. El estudio busca orientar a empleadores
y trabajadores para evitar contingencias derivadas de errores en el cálculo o
en el pago oportuno.

profits in Peru, addressing its regulatory basis, scape of application, and the criteria for its proper
distribution. It examines the conditions that determine the employer's obligation to distribute profits,
the workers entitled to this benefit, and the calculation methods based on days actually worked and
the remuneration received. lt also reviews payment deadlines, the treatment of the remaining balance,
and the consequences of non-compliance. The study aims to guide employers and workers in order to
prevent contingencies arising from errors in the calculation or the timely payment of this benefit.
