de las principales disposiciones laborales, remunerativas y presupuestarias previstas
en la Ley de Presupuesto del Sector Público para el Año Fiscal 2026. El texto describe
las principales implicancias laborales derivadas de dichas disposiciones, abarcando los
distintos regímenes de empleo público, los incrementos y ajustes de ingresos, el otorgamiento
de bonos excepcionales y los procesos de nombramiento y ascenso del personal. Asimismo, se exponen las reglas y excepciones aplicables a la contratación bajo
el régimen CAS, las disposiciones vinculadas a la negociación colectiva y al arbitraje
laboral, así como las autorizaciones presupuestarias relacionadas con el financiamiento
de plazas, la gestión de recursos humanos y el cumplimiento de obligaciones previsionales,
ofreciendo una visión ordenada y coherente del marco normativo vigente

budgetary provisions set forth in the Public Sector Budget Law for Fiscal Year 2026. The text describes
the principal labor implications arising from these provisions, covering the various public employment
regimes, income increases and adjustments, the granting of exceptional bonuses, and personnel
appointment and promotion processes. lt also outlines the rules and exceptions applicable to hiring
under the CAS regime, the provisions related to collective bargaining and labor arbitration, as well as
the budgetary authorizations concerning the financing of positions, human resources management,
and the fulfillment of social security obligations, offering an orderly and coherent overview of the
current regulatory framework
