<br/><br/> En el presente informe se desarrolla de manera sistemática el contenido<br/>de las principales disposiciones laborales, remunerativas y presupuestarias previstas<br/>en la Ley de Presupuesto del Sector Público para el Año Fiscal 2026. El texto describe<br/>las principales implicancias laborales derivadas de dichas disposiciones, abarcando los<br/>distintos regímenes de empleo público, los incrementos y ajustes de ingresos, el otorgamiento<br/>de bonos excepcionales y los procesos de nombramiento y ascenso del personal. The text describes<br/>the principal labor implications arising from these provisions, covering the various public employment<br/>regimes, income increases and adjustments, the granting of exceptional bonuses, and personnel<br/>appointment and promotion processes. lt also outlines the rules and exceptions applicable to hiring<br/>under the CAS regime, the provisions related to collective bargaining and labor arbitration, as well as<br/>the budgetary authorizations concerning the financing of positions, human resources management,<br/>and the fulfillment of social security obligations, offering an orderly and coherent overview of the<br/>current regulatory framework.<br/>
