<br/><br/> El contrato de trabajo se suspende en sus efectos por un tiempo determinado, tiempo durante el cual el trabajador deja de prestar sus servicios y el empleador deja de pagarle la remuneración o continúa pagándole, dependiendo si se trata de una suspensión perfecta o imperfecta. Previamente y para poner en contexto el tema del presente artículo, abordaremos el concepto de contrato de trabajo, sus elementos esenciales y características, en la perspectiva de conocer más a profundidad la suspensión del contrato de trabajo en el Derecho peruano.
