<br/><br/> El autor analiza el trámite actual que se le viene dando al proceso judicial de desalojo con cláusula de allanamiento a futuro, explicando los recursos legales y argucias que las partes utilizan con la única finalidad de convertir esta alternativa procesal en una vía que prolongue indebidamente sus resultados. Así también, precisa los aspectos que deberían modificarse en el artículo 594 del Código Procesal Civil para mejorar esta vía procedimental y, de esta forma, lograr que este proceso sea en la realidad un "desalojo exprés". Finalmente, expone las razones por las cuales se debería viabilizar las medidas cautelares de desalojo anticipado para este tipo de casos.  The authar analyzes the current procedure that is being given ta the judicial evictian process with a future search c/ause, explaining the legal resources and tricks that the porties use with the sale purpase af converting this pracedural alternative into a path that unduly pralongs its results. Likewise, it specifies the aspects that should be modified in article 594 of the Civil Procedure Code to imprave this procedural raute and, in this way, ensure that this pracess is in reality an "express eviction." Final/y, it expfains the reasons why precoutionary measures for earfy eviction shauld be made viable far this type of cose.
