| Resumen | En el presente informe se desarrollan las principales implicancias laborales<br/>derivadas del incremento de la Unidad Impositiva Tributaria (UIT) para el año 2026,<br/>fijada en S/ 5,500.00, examinando su incidencia en aspectos re levantes como la remuneración<br/>integral anual, la inembargabilidad de las remuneraciones, el cobro de beneficios<br/>laborales mediante poder, la determinación del régimen de la micro y pequeña<br/>empresa, la exclusión del régimen de construcción civil, la intermediación laboral y la<br/>aplicación de multas por la autoridad inspectiva de trabajo. Asimismo, se abordan los<br/>efectos del nuevo valor de la UIT en materia procesal laboral, seguridad social y retención<br/>del Impuesto a la Renta de quinta categoría, con la finalidad de brindar un marco<br/>técnico que facilite el adecuado cumplimiento de las obligaciones laborales y conexas.<br/> |

| Resumen | This report examines the main labour-related implications arising from the increase in the<br/>Tax Unit (Unidad Impositiva Tributaria – UIT) far the year 2026, set at 5/ 5,500.00, analyzing its impact<br/>on relevant aspects such as the annual comprehensive remuneration, the non-attachability of wages,<br/>the collection of labour benefits through powers of attorney, the determination of the micro and small<br/>enterprise regime, the exclusion from the civil construction regime, labour intermediation, and the<br/>application of fines by the labour inspection authority. lt also addresses the effects of the new UIT<br/>value in the fields of labour procedural law, social security, and the withholding of fifth-category<br/>income tax, with the aim of providing a technical framework that facilitates proper compliance with<br/>labour and related abligations.<br/> |
